2) The YOLO boards pictured are complimentary items provided as a courtesy and are not factored into the rental rate. There will be no compensation in the event a board is broken, stolen, or lost before your arrival. Constantly replacing these boards is not economical, and guests rarely want to be accountable for breaking or losing them, so the presence of the YOLO boards is not guaranteed. Please do not base your decision to rent this Gulf-front unit on YOLO boards.

Welcome to Coastal Soul, a Gulf-front double en-suite nestled on the white sandy beaches of quaint Blue Mountain Beach. While the SeaCliffs community is well established with old bones, the interior of this particular unit has been completely overhauled to provide guests the luxury they deserve when renting on the Gulf Coast. Beautiful Italian glass lighting throughout sets a relaxing tone when lounging in the spacious living area with unobstructed views of the Gulf. A brand new gourmet kitchen overstocked with supplies caters to every type of chef wanting to prepare a family meal while watching the sun set through the large new picture windows facing the water. Two primary bedrooms, one which is Gulf-front, are accompanied by their own brand new bathrooms adorned with beautiful, high-end fixtures.

Head down the private boardwalk to your own gated beach just outside your back door, where you can enjoy uninterrupted relaxation at any time of the day.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and changes must be made in writing and submitted via email to info@liv-vacations.com. Guest is responsible for confirming Liv Vacations has received cancellation notice.
1. You may cancel with a refund of any deposits paid, less 3% merchant processing fee, on or before 60 days prior to arrival date.
2. Any cancellation made between 59-31 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of 50% of any deposits paid.
3. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival date will receive a refund of only the cleaning fee.
4. No changes can be made to a reservation within 48 hours of arrival date.
Liv Vacations recommends all guests to purchase travel insurance such as Generali Travel Protection at the time of booking. Guest understands that neglect of this recommendation does not warrant any exception to existing cancellation policies. Guest acknowledges they are aware travel insurance exists.

PANDEMIC CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you wish to cancel your reservation due to personal concerns over a pandemic, Liv Vacations has the following two options available for guests who want their deposits refunded:
1. Liv Vacations will refund any and all monies associated with your stay only if your reservation date occurs during a period of time expressly decreed by an executive order, ordinance, or law closing short-term rental properties from being occupied by guests.
2. Liv Vacations will not be obligated to refund your deposit if you personally decide to cancel your reservation without any interference from a governmental decree, ordinance, or law. However, Liv Vacations will review all requests for refunded deposits by its guest on a situation by situation basis.

TROPICAL WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event there is tropical weather, including but not limited to Tropical Disturbances, Tropical or Sub-Tropical Cyclones, Tropical Depressions, Tropical Storms, or Hurricanes present in the Atlantic, Caribbean Sea, or Gulf of Mexico at the time of your reservation and you wish to cancel ahead of an unverified storm trajectory, the Standard Cancellation Policy will apply with the following addenda:
1. Cancellations with refunds of unused nights are issued only in the event of a mandatory evacuation.
2. Since hurricane season is nationally recognized every year from June through November, it is a great idea to secure travel insurance when traveling to our area during that time.
3. No decisions will be made on our end unless a storm warranting a mandatory evacuation is imminent, as confirmed by our local government officials.

Guests are provided multiple courtesy reminders to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking. Liv Vacations will not be liable for Guest's decision to decline travel insurance, and existing cancellation policies will not be altered in the event the Guest waited too long to obtain travel insurance.

Deposit Policy

At the time of booking, 50% of the total price will be charged to the credit card provided. 35 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance will be charged. If the booking is created within 35 days of the arrival, the full total will be due and charged.

The beach and ocean views from the living room/dining area, master bedroom, and master bathroom are breathtaking. The property was very clean and comfortable, plus it’s quiet and peaceful. Love the Blue Mountain Beach area! LIV responded quickly to any questions I had and kindly gave us a late checkout. There are lots of good restaurants and coffee shops less than 10 minutes away. We enjoyed our time here.

What an awesome place to stay for a week! The most incredible beach front location, and so close to so many things- we were able to ride bikes almost everywhere and drives were short. Very comfortable, well equipped house. Definitely would stay here again in a heartbeat!
