This was our second time staying in this complex, and the location truly could not be better! It’s an easy drive to Seaside and an easy walk to Seagrove beach. The unit itself was great and very comfortable! Had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, well stocked kitchen, roomy and nice furniture! Very clean and up to date. Close to the beach but about a 5 minute walk. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here! The check in/out process was super easy, and the condo was very clean and organized. The pool was nice too. We loved that it was just a short walk to the beach! Would definitely recommend!

Great location and easy access to shops, beach. Recently painted. Comfortable beds, new furniture In Living room. Good use of space. Loved the access to washer/dryer. The Fridge is big for the space. Pans were worn, but found everything else that we needed in the kitchen. Could benefit from a curved shower rod. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for two couples. Proximity to the beach was great and a short distance.

Expect a clean and very well-kept condo - decorated and inviting!!!! Expect great communication and response to any inquires you may have during your stay. Beachwood Villa's on 30A are a perfect location for all the fun on this amazing road!! Enjoy!!!

Great place for the week! Short walk to the beach, great location to restaurants which we rode our bikes to frequently. Excellent communication for check in process as well as a minor issue with the air conditioner during the week. The property manager responded very promptly and resolved the issue quickly! Would definitely stay again.

The only reason this didn’t get 5 stars is because it’s much smaller than the listing made it sound. Definitely would not have more than 6 people stay here. Overall wonderful, clean condo!

This is a cute little condo in a great location! Being on the first floor is a huge bonus (at least for our family) and you just walk right out your door and the pool is literally a few steps away. Very convenient! It’s a smaller unit so I wouldn’t recommend this for bigger families but it’s perfect for a family of 4. We are only 3 so it worked out well for us. We had amazing and quick text communication with management/owners so that was very helpful. For those new to the area, it’s important to note that you will have to walk down a lot of steps to get to the beach. So keep that in mind if you have a beach cart or anything like that. There is a ramp to the public beach access but it’s a bit farther away and I personally liked the more private beach area better. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

We stay in the area often, this was our first time at this complex and with the rental company, the grounds and amenities were great. I was hesitant to stay on the first floor due to noise but read the reviews and it seemed fine. Unfortunately a group of rowdy people moved in above us midweek and it sounded like they were bowling up there. Liv Vacations did offer to let their management know even though they didn’t rent out that particular unit. We have been traveling throughout the pandemic and this is the first time in a year and a half that chairs and beach equipment were removed due to that. Please be aware when making your reservation here. We ended up having to rent chairs and umbrellas which is an added expense. We went through Chip at Beach Chairs 4 U and had a lovely experience.

A great vacation space was perfect for parents and 4 teens. We enjoyed everything the pool, quick access to the beach and bike rides. Will definitely book and visit again.

We loved the apartment, everything you need is present. The location is perfect. A short walk to the right to seaside a short walk to the left to wonderful restaurants, coffee shop and stores as well. The pool in front of the door is such a luxury. The beach is right outside the complex. We enjoyed it very much. We know the area well, we travel here for 18 years, this is a wonderful spot to be. We will be back!

This was a nice, clean, fresh unit. Great location - walking distance to the beach, Subway, bike rentals, Cafe Thirty-A restaurant, and Tom Thumb convenience store. Being on the first floor immediately next to the parking lot made for easy unloading/loading. The unit also doesn't share any side walls with other units...it stands alone across the walkway. With 5 teenagers in our group, that sound buffer was nice. Seven of us fit, but it's a little on the small side for a group that size. Not really a problem, as we were only all present while sleeping and for breakfast. Kitchen is a little small, too. No pantry, but we managed just fine. In the end, great value! We'd return here without hesitation.

Great location. Short walk to beach, bike shop and restaurants. Ground floor location made it easy to unload belongings. Porch faces the courtyard and pool that is steps away. Older building but condo has been upgraded and had everything we needed. Would definitely book again!

The condo was very clean and looked like new. Bottom floor made move in really easy. Management was super responsive to our needs. Walks right out to the pool and public access to the beach is literally right across the street. Could not have been a better experience.

We had a lovely time in Seagrove. The condo was older but updated with fresh furnishings and linens. Washer/dryer was full size which was nice. Loved that we had a pool just steps from the door and super easy access to the beach.

Having stayed in this complex multiple times, I was familiar with the area. This unit is up to date and listed accurately. You can access public beach access point within minutes walking. We had 6 people in our group and it was a little tight, but not bad. We were pleased with the unit and would rent again. 5 stars overall experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great quiet location and perfectly situated directly across the street from a public beach access. The unit had everything we needed. We rented bikes and it was perfect distance from Seaside and all the shops. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I enjoyed seven weeks at a lovely location. The managers treated us as respected guests and were there to answer any requests. Thank you to Dustin who was there for us. We are Snowbirds from Canada and highly recommend this listing.
