Welcome to Del Sole, a triple en-suite accommodation with sweeping views of the Gulf, located on the quiet West End of Panama City Beach. This corner unit is highly sought for its unique placement of floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows which allow ample Florida sunshine to drench the interior from sunrise to sunset. All three bedrooms are paired with their own en-suite bathrooms so you and your family can enjoy your own space while vacationing. Plush, new bedding adorns each bed to provide that "home away from home" feeling and every bedroom features new SmartTV's so you can enjoy your usual Netflix or Hulu shows before bed (must have your own accounts). A large overstocked kitchen caters to all cooks from beginner to advanced, so you can prepare your favorite meals while enjoying beautiful Gulf views.
Palazzo Resort is a quaint tower in Panama City Beach where you'll never feel crowded or wait hours for parking and elevators. You'll be able to comfortably enjoy the resort's amenities which include a lounge, fitness center, grilling area, Gulf-front pool and hot tub, and private beach access. All reservations at this unit receive complimentary beach chair access for two for the entire duration of your stay (beach chair service is not available October 11 through February 28/29).
Pier Park, the Panhandle's favorite shopping and dining destination with over 120 stores, is situated less than 2 miles East of Palazzo Resort.
PLEASE NOTE: Guests at this resort are required by the HOA to register their vehicles with Palazzo Guest Services to avoid being towed. There is a $40 charge PER VEHICLE (up to two vehicles) for parking registration which is paid to the resort and is NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING PRICE. This fee covers the entire duration of your stay and IS NOT a daily fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes must be made in writing and submitted via email to info@liv-vacations.com. Guest is responsible for confirming Liv Vacations has received cancellation notice.
1. You may cancel with a refund of any deposits paid, less 3% merchant processing fee, on or before 60 days prior to arrival date.
2. Any cancellation made between 59-31 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of 50% of any deposits paid.
3. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival date will receive a refund of only the cleaning fee.
4. No changes can be made to a reservation within 48 hours of arrival date.
Liv Vacations recommends all guests to purchase travel insurance such as Generali Travel Protection at the time of booking. Guest understands that neglect of this recommendation does not warrant any exception to existing cancellation policies. Guest acknowledges they are aware travel insurance exists.
PANDEMIC CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you wish to cancel your reservation due to personal concerns over a pandemic, Liv Vacations has the following two options available for guests who want their deposits refunded:
1. Liv Vacations will refund any and all monies associated with your stay only if your reservation date occurs during a period of time expressly decreed by an executive order, ordinance, or law closing short-term rental properties from being occupied by guests.
2. Liv Vacations will not be obligated to refund your deposit if you personally decide to cancel your reservation without any interference from a governmental decree, ordinance, or law. However, Liv Vacations will review all requests for refunded deposits by its guest on a situation by situation basis.
TROPICAL WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event there is tropical weather, including but not limited to Tropical Disturbances, Tropical or Sub-Tropical Cyclones, Tropical Depressions, Tropical Storms, or Hurricanes present in the Atlantic, Caribbean Sea, or Gulf of Mexico at the time of your reservation and you wish to cancel ahead of an unverified storm trajectory, the Standard Cancellation Policy will apply with the following addenda:
1. Cancellations with refunds of unused nights are issued only in the event of a mandatory evacuation.
2. Since hurricane season is nationally recognized every year from June through November, it is a great idea to secure travel insurance when traveling to our area during that time.
3. No decisions will be made on our end unless a storm warranting a mandatory evacuation is imminent, as confirmed by our local government officials.
Guests are provided multiple courtesy reminders to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking. Liv Vacations will not be liable for Guest's decision to decline travel insurance, and existing cancellation policies will not be altered in the event the Guest waited too long to obtain travel insurance.
Deposit Policy
At the time of booking, 50% of the total price will be charged to the credit card provided. 35 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance will be charged. If the booking is created within 35 days of the arrival, the full total will be due and charged.

Great place to stay!! Clean, close to everything and steps from the beach. Perfect place for anyone to stay.
This condo was absolutely breathtaking! Perfect for a getaway with the in-laws and kiddos. Every room equipped with their own bathroom and TV! Bedding was amazing and room was set up like I was at a resort! Lots of towels too which comes in handy!!! You can tell the property is very well maintained and the owners put a lot of detail into having the right amenities. You can hear the ocean waves in the main bedroom and huge balcony. I would love to come again to this beautiful location just steps away from the beach!

My name is Cate and I recently stayed in the Palazzo in Unit 1001. I just wanted to say that we had a wonderful stay in this unit! The views from this living room were stunning and seeing the sunsets from the balcony were just gorgeous too. Everyone loved the convenience of the unit in that it is just a quick walk to the beach, the pool, and Pier Park. We made so many great memories on that trip and staying in this unit made our vacation that much better.
We enjoyed this condo with our two daughters, our son-in-law, and our 9 month old grandson. The condo was very comfortable and spacious enough for us to spread out and find places for all of us to relax and enjoy our time at PCB. We woke in the morning to watch the sunrise over PCB from the condo windows (amazing views). The beach was fantastic for morning walks and soaking up the afternoon sun. There are many fun places to go within walking distance. We mostly stayed at the condo, swam in the pool, played on the beach, and ate our meals on the balcony while watching the amazing sunsets. It is a wonderful unit with views that are what beach vacations are all about. We will not hesitate at all to return in the future.

This condo was in the most beautiful location and exceeded every single expectation we had for the space. The photos really don't even do it justice. The view, the amenities and the furnishings just helped make our trip one we'll never forget. We had amazing communication with our host and they even helped us check in an hour early with an updated code. Highly recommend.
