This updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sits conveniently on the 6th floor of Gulf Crest Condominiums which is renowned for PCB's most expansive balconies, ample amenities, and spectacular miles-long views of the Gulf of Mexico shoreline. This condo has been thoughtfully redesigned with a family-focused approach, offering a brand new kitchen fit for any level of culinary experience, upgraded bathrooms, all new furniture and decor throughout, lightweight feather down bedding, ample seating inside and out, and Smart TVs in every room. Time on the beach will be made more convenient thanks to four foldable beach chairs with built in umbrellas which are yours to enjoy during your stay.
Your reservation at Vista Blu includes expedited check-in so you can skip the line with pre-registration or Self-Service Kiosks. Enjoy complimentary beach chair service for two for the entire duration of your stay (beach chair service is not available November 1 through February 28/29). This gated resort with 24-hour security is distinguished by its amenity focused design. Travelers have a host of options including two large pools (one heated seasonally), two hot tubs, a kiddy pool, a tiki bar serving food and beverage, poolside wireless internet access, a gazebo with picnic area, two charcoal grills, a fitness center, a game room, an outdoor game area, direct beach access, and a full array of water sports and beachfront activities to keep you and your family entertained. This property comes with one designated covered parking spot. Overflow parking for up to one additional vehicle located on the top floor of the parking garage.

PLEASE NOTE: Guests at this resort are required by the HOA to register their vehicles with Guest Services to avoid being towed. There is a $53 charge (which covers two vehicles) for parking registration which is paid to the resort and is NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING PRICE. This fee covers the entire duration of your stay and IS NOT a daily fee.
INTERNET DISCLAIMER: All of our properties are equipped with the fastest internet service provided within their respective areas, and we utilize routers which allow us to monitor their status remotely. In the event internet service is intermittent or completely lost and the issue is determined to be caused by the service provider, there is simply nothing we can do besides wait for service to be restored and forward you updates directly from the service provider. There will be no compensation to guests in the event internet service is intermittent or completely lost due to the service provider. If you are traveling for business and internet makes or breaks your visit, we recommend that you bring your own hotspot.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes must be made in writing and submitted via email to info@liv-vacations.com. Guest is responsible for confirming Liv Vacations has received cancellation notice.
1. You may cancel with a refund of any deposits paid, less 3% merchant processing fee, on or before 60 days prior to arrival date.
2. Any cancellation made between 59-31 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of 50% of any deposits paid.
3. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival date will receive a refund of only the cleaning fee.
4. No changes can be made to a reservation within 48 hours of arrival date.
Liv Vacations recommends all guests to purchase travel insurance such as Generali Travel Protection at the time of booking. Guest understands that neglect of this recommendation does not warrant any exception to existing cancellation policies. Guest acknowledges they are aware travel insurance exists.
PANDEMIC CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you wish to cancel your reservation due to personal concerns over a pandemic, Liv Vacations has the following two options available for guests who want their deposits refunded:
1. Liv Vacations will refund any and all monies associated with your stay only if your reservation date occurs during a period of time expressly decreed by an executive order, ordinance, or law closing short-term rental properties from being occupied by guests.
2. Liv Vacations will not be obligated to refund your deposit if you personally decide to cancel your reservation without any interference from a governmental decree, ordinance, or law. However, Liv Vacations will review all requests for refunded deposits by its guest on a situation by situation basis.
TROPICAL WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event there is tropical weather, including but not limited to Tropical Disturbances, Tropical or Sub-Tropical Cyclones, Tropical Depressions, Tropical Storms, or Hurricanes present in the Atlantic, Caribbean Sea, or Gulf of Mexico at the time of your reservation and you wish to cancel ahead of an unverified storm trajectory, the Standard Cancellation Policy will apply with the following addenda:
1. Cancellations with refunds of unused nights are issued only in the event of a mandatory evacuation.
2. Since hurricane season is nationally recognized every year from June through November, it is a great idea to secure travel insurance when traveling to our area during that time.
3. No decisions will be made on our end unless a storm warranting a mandatory evacuation is imminent, as confirmed by our local government officials.
Guests are provided multiple courtesy reminders to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking. Liv Vacations will not be liable for Guest's decision to decline travel insurance, and existing cancellation policies will not be altered in the event the Guest waited too long to obtain travel insurance.
Deposit Policy
At the time of booking, 50% of the total price will be charged to the credit card provided. 35 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance will be charged. If the booking is created within 35 days of the arrival, the full total will be due and charged.

The views of the ocean were amazing, they kept in contact, and the place was very beautiful.
This place is absolutely wonderful. Immaculately clean and presented. The deep balcony was such a great place to relax and view the beautiful ocean. Great and easy access to the pools and private beach. The bunk beds were so cute and actually bigger than they appear in the photos. My kids loved them, but I could have easily fitted (I’m 5’7”). We also loved the beach chairs that were available. Definitely recommend this great place and would stay there again on our return to PCB!
