Local businesses line the streets of the surrounding areas, providing a copious amount of shopping options for all tastes. Deeded beach access and trolley service offers the exclusivity travelers love when visiting the Inn at Seacrest.*
The Village Towne Centre at Village of South Walton features unique boutique kiosks designed to provide a full array of activities and items which maximize leisure for all beachgoers. Bike or walk to the area's famous Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach, both of which surround the Inn at Seacrest.
*Trolley service unavailable Nov 1 through Feb 28/29; If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31 it is HIGHLY recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have reserved space on the beach. On their site, select 30A South Walton then select The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs which will be found on your rental agreement after booking. We do not provide beach chairs or other beach gear as we cannot guarantee space on this private beach.
INTERNET DISCLAIMER: All of our properties are equipped with the fastest internet service provided within their respective areas, and we utilize routers which allow us to monitor their status remotely. In the event internet service is intermittent or completely lost and the issue is determined to be caused by the service provider, there is simply nothing we can do besides wait for service to be restored and forward you updates directly from the service provider. There will be no compensation to guests in the event internet service is intermittent or completely lost due to the service provider. If you are traveling for business and internet makes or breaks your visit, we recommend that you bring your own hotspot.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes must be made in writing and submitted via email to info@liv-vacations.com. Guest is responsible for confirming Liv Vacations has received cancellation notice.
1. You may cancel with a refund of any deposits paid, less 3% merchant processing fee, on or before 60 days prior to arrival date.
2. Any cancellation made between 59-31 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of 50% of any deposits paid.
3. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival date will receive a refund of only the cleaning fee.
4. No changes can be made to a reservation within 48 hours of arrival date.
Liv Vacations recommends all guests to purchase travel insurance such as Generali Travel Protection at the time of booking. Guest understands that neglect of this recommendation does not warrant any exception to existing cancellation policies. Guest acknowledges they are aware travel insurance exists.
PANDEMIC CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you wish to cancel your reservation due to personal concerns over a pandemic, Liv Vacations has the following two options available for guests who want their deposits refunded:
1. Liv Vacations will refund any and all monies associated with your stay only if your reservation date occurs during a period of time expressly decreed by an executive order, ordinance, or law closing short-term rental properties from being occupied by guests.
2. Liv Vacations will not be obligated to refund your deposit if you personally decide to cancel your reservation without any interference from a governmental decree, ordinance, or law. However, Liv Vacations will review all requests for refunded deposits by its guest on a situation by situation basis.
TROPICAL WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event there is tropical weather, including but not limited to Tropical Disturbances, Tropical or Sub-Tropical Cyclones, Tropical Depressions, Tropical Storms, or Hurricanes present in the Atlantic, Caribbean Sea, or Gulf of Mexico at the time of your reservation and you wish to cancel ahead of an unverified storm trajectory, the Standard Cancellation Policy will apply with the following addenda:
1. Cancellations with refunds of unused nights are issued only in the event of a mandatory evacuation.
2. Since hurricane season is nationally recognized every year from June through November, it is a great idea to secure travel insurance when traveling to our area during that time.
3. No decisions will be made on our end unless a storm warranting a mandatory evacuation is imminent, as confirmed by our local government officials.
Guests are provided multiple courtesy reminders to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking. Liv Vacations will not be liable for Guest's decision to decline travel insurance, and existing cancellation policies will not be altered in the event the Guest waited too long to obtain travel insurance.
Deposit Policy
At the time of booking, 50% of the total price will be charged to the credit card provided. 35 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance will be charged. If the booking is created within 35 days of the arrival, the full total will be due and charged.

Absolutely loved staying here and would totally do it again!! The location is perfect in between rosemary and alys beach. The trolley rides to the beach made it super quick and easy to get to the beach and back. The communication with the liv team was amazing and they were super helpful and quick at responding. We will definitely be back!

Adorable studio! Just enough for two people. It’s the perfect location right next door to Alys Beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops in Rosemary Beach. The private beach and the tram are great as well. We loved the awesome sunsets from the balcony. Very clean and great communication from Dustin. I’m sure we will be back!

I've stayed at this location in the past but in a different unit. My husband and I really like the location - within walking distance to Rosemary Beach to the east and Alys Beach to the west and those are two of the most picturesque destinations in Florida. Be sure to rent or bring bikes. Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. A walk or bike ride to Charlie's Donut Truck in Alys beach is a morning treat you don't want to miss. This unit is just what you see in the pictures - well decorated and very clean. Dustin was a very attentive host, it was clear he really wanted our stay to be all we had hoped and expected. We so appreciated all the efforts and extra touches. A little hint on beach access that I've learned from going to this area for years - the public beach at Inlet Beach is a very short drive and there are bathrooms. It isn't as crowded either.
Dustin was great and easy to communicate with. We had a setback in our trip and he was very accommodating to our situation. Many thanks!

Great place convenient to Rosemary and Alys Beach. The unit is very clean and updated! Beach access is not directly in front of complex which was a bummer bc Alys Beach is not crowded btw it is a stone’s throw to Alys but beach access is several blocks toward Seacrest/ Rosemary and you CANNNOT ride a bike down the street to beach access however there is a bike rack across the street you can leave them at! Rent bikes at Peddlers in Seacrest Village which about 5 min walk great restaurants there as well! Beach was super crowded but locals said July is the busiest month so get to beach before 9 to get a spot or rent your chairs when you book this unit! Liv property management does a great job! Five stars service and place!
This little renovated condo in the heart of Seacrest was superb! From the condo itself to the location, it was wonderful! As others have said, it is a short 5-8 minute walk to the beach and that does include lots of stairs leading down to the beach so a heads-up to those with a buggy of beach gear and/or stroller. Also, there is deeded beach access but unfortunately, the small section of sand allotted to basically all of Seacrest is very small so expect to get there very, very early to claim your spot and you'll be shoulder-to-shoulder with other beach-goers during busy travel times! There is beach chair service (LDV) if you wish to pay extra for that. Unfortunately they didn't have any available on the front row left when we arrived at 8am.

This place was AMAZING! It's exactly as you see in the pictures- perfect location and perfect amount of space for 1-2 people. The whole studio smelled incredible as well which was an added bonus! I'll miss waking up and having coffee on the balcony. Thank you to Dustin and the Liv team for being super communicative and very helpful the duration of our trip and while handling check-in/outs. We'll be back!
By far the cleanest Airbnb, very clean and it was in the perfect location, everything was close by. Liv was very generous and helpful with all the questions we had.

A wonderful time with Liv making the contactless check-in so easy. The condo was spotless, as well. Location was great with a semi-view of the ocean. We were not keen on the deeded beach limitations, but we found a lovely public beach close by. We would definitely come back in the future!
