This unit is a dream location for any foodie with unique southern coastal cuisine on their bucket list, as you are steps away from some of 30A's most exquisite restaurants. Local businesses line the streets of the surrounding areas, providing a copious amount of shopping options for all tastes. Deeded access to Seacrest's private beach and trolley service offers the exclusivity travelers love when visiting the Inn at Seacrest.*
The Village Towne Centre at Village of South Walton features unique boutique kiosks designed to provide a full array of activities and items which maximize leisure for all beachgoers. Bike or walk to the area's famous Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach, both of which surround the Inn at Seacrest.
*Trolley service unavailable Nov 1 through Feb 28/29; If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31 it is HIGHLY recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have reserved space on the beach. On their site, select 30A South Walton then select The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs which will be found on your rental agreement after booking. We do not provide beach chairs or other beach gear as we cannot guarantee space on this private beach.
INTERNET DISCLAIMER: All of our properties are equipped with the fastest internet service provided within their respective areas, and we utilize routers which allow us to monitor their status remotely. In the event internet service is intermittent or completely lost and the issue is determined to be caused by the service provider, there is simply nothing we can do besides wait for service to be restored and forward you updates directly from the service provider. There will be no compensation to guests in the event internet service is intermittent or completely lost due to the service provider. If you are traveling for business and internet makes or breaks your visit, we recommend that you bring your own hotspot.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes must be made in writing and submitted via email to info@liv-vacations.com. Guest is responsible for confirming Liv Vacations has received cancellation notice.
1. You may cancel with a refund of any deposits paid, less 3% merchant processing fee, on or before 60 days prior to arrival date.
2. Any cancellation made between 59-31 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of 50% of any deposits paid.
3. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival date will receive a refund of only the cleaning fee.
4. No changes can be made to a reservation within 48 hours of arrival date.
Liv Vacations recommends all guests to purchase travel insurance such as Generali Travel Protection at the time of booking. Guest understands that neglect of this recommendation does not warrant any exception to existing cancellation policies. Guest acknowledges they are aware travel insurance exists.
PANDEMIC CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you wish to cancel your reservation due to personal concerns over a pandemic, Liv Vacations has the following two options available for guests who want their deposits refunded:
1. Liv Vacations will refund any and all monies associated with your stay only if your reservation date occurs during a period of time expressly decreed by an executive order, ordinance, or law closing short-term rental properties from being occupied by guests.
2. Liv Vacations will not be obligated to refund your deposit if you personally decide to cancel your reservation without any interference from a governmental decree, ordinance, or law. However, Liv Vacations will review all requests for refunded deposits by its guest on a situation by situation basis.
TROPICAL WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event there is tropical weather, including but not limited to Tropical Disturbances, Tropical or Sub-Tropical Cyclones, Tropical Depressions, Tropical Storms, or Hurricanes present in the Atlantic, Caribbean Sea, or Gulf of Mexico at the time of your reservation and you wish to cancel ahead of an unverified storm trajectory, the Standard Cancellation Policy will apply with the following addenda:
1. Cancellations with refunds of unused nights are issued only in the event of a mandatory evacuation.
2. Since hurricane season is nationally recognized every year from June through November, it is a great idea to secure travel insurance when traveling to our area during that time.
3. No decisions will be made on our end unless a storm warranting a mandatory evacuation is imminent, as confirmed by our local government officials.
Guests are provided multiple courtesy reminders to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking. Liv Vacations will not be liable for Guest's decision to decline travel insurance, and existing cancellation policies will not be altered in the event the Guest waited too long to obtain travel insurance.
Deposit Policy
At the time of booking, 50% of the total price will be charged to the credit card provided. 35 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance will be charged. If the booking is created within 35 days of the arrival, the full total will be due and charged.

This place is all about the location. We easily walked to Barrett Square and Peddlers Pavilion areas in Rosemary Beach in addition to Alys Beach. We rented bikes and went to Watersound. Everything is so close and convenient. The deeded beach access was nice. We walked, didn't need the tram service, and rented chairs through LVD. Service for the actual rental was good, they provided clear instructions days before our arrival and had an envelope with our parking pass, bracelets for the beach and a pool key.
Only minor item I would mention, the bathroom doors close, but there's still a gap between them so you can see through even when they're closed.
Love the place and the location. It was pretty easy to check-in and they even let us know the place was available before the check-in time which worked out perfectly with arrival time. The are is pretty walkable and you rent bikes too which was so much fun. We had a lovely getaway weekend!

Wristband access to the private beach area- beautiful waters and white quartz sand! Very clean, bed was extremely comfortable! Great studio for a getaway, highly recommend!

We were very pleased with our accommodations. It matched the description, and had everything we needed. We had a minor issue, but Dustin was quick to get back with me and get it taken care of. He was very responsive and helpful. Rosemary Beach is a pedestrian friendly area, with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We rented bikes for the week from Peddlers and rode them everywhere. The beach was very close and it was gorgeous! We rented beach sets with chairs & and an umbrella from La Dolce Vita for the days we went to the beach. We would stay here again.

Before the trip started, the host was very responsive to my questions about beach access and directions. The room itself looked exactly like the pictures, and had all the things we needed to be comfortable for a few days. The location is nestled nicely in between a few shopping/food spots, only a few blocks in either direction. The beach access is also only a 5 minute walk. We rented chairs with the suggested company and that made everything easy. Would book with this host again in the future!

Perfect for our short stay!
Amazing stay! This was my first experience with a Liv property, and it certainly won’t be my last. We LOVED the condo— clean, comfy, well-equipped and downright adorable. The location was ideal for us as everything we wanted to do was easily accessible on foot. The level of communication from LIv before, during and after our stay showed that they strive for excellence and truly care about their customers. For example, my daughter accidentally left her small stuffed animal behind and didn’t realize it until many hours after checkout. Dustin was an absolute blessing! He not only reassured us he would check with the housekeeper, but he flagged that pickup from their laundry service and even forwarded them the photo of my daughter’s stuffed animal. After a couple of days, I received a message from Dustin saying the laundering service delivered the missing “lovey” to Liv’s office!! Dustin got it in the mail that morning. Talk about going the extra mile. We are so grateful. Thank you, Liv!!

Great place, great location! Easy beach access with wrist bands- short walk. You’re only provided with the bare minimum supply wise- which makes it’s more difficult for vacationers like us without a vehicle. Had to plan a grocery store trip to get toilet paper, etc because what is provided doesn’t last long. And Uber isn’t the most efficient way to get around 30A.

This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! Liz and David saved our trip. We had to check out of our first Airbnb because it was so dirty and quickly booked this one for our last few nights. They reached out to see if we needed anything and gladly left us toothpaste since we ran out! The place was beautiful, very clean and in the perfect location. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful accommodations with a breathtaking view. All within walking distance to Rose Mary beach are as well as Alys beach. Excellent communication and eager to help with any questions. Definitely rent some bikes and explore the area. We will be back.
My wife is very picky when it comes to cleanliness when we stay anywhere. The condo was spotless and looks just like pictures. Great location and walkable to everything. Building was very quite and bed was super comfortable. I actually tried to find a tag on bedding so we could order comforter! Beach access was 5 min walk and water was stunning. Check out big bad breakfast and the “crack” chicken salad sandwich at the little grocery store/Deli. Can’t wait to return and would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I booked this unit for a quick getaway and we were so pleased with everything! The condo itself was very clean and stocked with everything that we needed. The location was perfect! There are amenities in both directions within a 5-10 minute walk. The beach access was also great. my husband and I packed super light so we didn’t mind the short walk across the street. Overall, we would definitely stay here again, and definitely recommend it to others!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway. We were able to walk to several local shops and restaurants. The management team was very accommodating and gave great recommendations (Thanks Dustin!) The room was very clean and actually had a really comfortable bed.
The location was great and so was the view from the balcony. This unit was very clean and updated and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The one negative is that there were no towel bars to hang up your towel after a shower or swim in the pool.
This place was AMAZING. I would recommend to anyone & would definitely stay again. Great communication, location, and clean. No complaints.

This was just the perfect little spot for a young couple! The condo was clean and just like the pictures - we weren’t far from the beach and the perfect distance to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We rented bikes to get around (highly recommend)! Being on the 4th floor was also great because of the view 🙂 wouldn’t have wanted to be on any lower floors.

Clean and nicely decorated condo. The only hiccup we had was taking the beach chairs provided in the room to the beach, one of the chairs didn’t work properly, the back side of the chair was bent and we didn’t notice until we were on the beach. Other than that this place was perfect for 2!
Great spot to stay for a few nights! Everything was extremely clean. Communication was great- we were able to check in a few hours earlier which was great. Very easy to access the beach and the pool was great. Would definitely book this property again!
I thought the condo was the perfect fit. It was upgraded compared to most of the neighboring Airbnbs. It was very clean, there was even fresh flowers in the vase.
Overall this unit is well appointed and was a great choice to stay in. The communication from Liv was stellar.

Great place for two people. A little smaller than I thought but it’s comfortable, clean, and cozy. The location was perfect and walking distance from shops and restaurants! The only downside was the walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors next to us and below us.

Very nice and comfortable room, well-supplied with microwave, toaster, blender, mini-fridge, and utensils. The friendly staff communicated well and was very responsive (even on evenings, Saturday & Sunday). Very clean room and they let us check-in 1 hour early! The most beautiful beach in the continental U.S. indeed, complimented by such a beautiful suite. The area has a pricey but convenient sundry store (walkable), or stop by a Publix before you arrive. Bring your own beach umbrella, rent bikes, and ride west 10-15 mins to the public beach access for a nearly private beach experience, or walk to the deeded beach access (5 mins but quite crowded).

Hi guys! Overall this place was great! Awesome customer service and communication. Only thing I was slightly bummed about (not the fault of the owner— just stating what doesn’t come with this rental) we did not have access to some of the beaches in Alys or Rosemary. We did, have a beach assigned to our Airbnb though. Other than that, would recommend for sure! Close to most everything and we rented bikes so not much need for driving, unless you need groceries. I will say the Airbnb is about 8 mins from a Publix which is awesome as well!
Updated and modern condo was perfect for beach weekend! Assigned parking area made it easy to find a spot. Close walk to the beach and many restaurants in Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Would love to stay here again!
