Beachwood Villas 11H | Sail On

The place was great! I would definitely rebook on another vacation. We had six of us so the only thing I’d suggest is bring extra trash bags and laundry pods. Only two of each were given for 5 days with six people so that definitely wasn’t enough. Also, if we wanted to go out to dinner we had to travel 20 minutes outside of where we were staying. The coffee shop though across the way in walking distance was a life saver. The gift shop had everything we needed as well, and we ordered our groceries through the app which was very helpful. Our host responded immediately with our WiFi issues. The only TV that worked was our master bedroom, but we got the living room TV working using our Roku remote on our phone. Other than that we didn’t have WiFi access and couldn’t connect any of the other TVs. We made due though and were still happy with our stay.

Great stay. It’s a large group of probably a dozen condo units but never felt crowded or loud or anything but great. Pools were perfect. Located roughly 1.5 miles from Seaside town center.
Only complaint is maybe the public beach area with the privatized beaches along 30A. The whole system is a flex on status and creates an exclusive area for wealth. Public beach goers crowd into an area while private beaches, just steps away, are wide open with a handful of people.
I’m just not a fan of that. Beaches everywhere else in Florida are public for everyone… the way it was created to be.
Otherwise, awesome trip. Took my Hobie kayak and caught dinner a couple times on a reef off of Grayton Beach. Condo could use a fish cleaning station outside somewhere but we managed… Lol

Loved it so much last summer that I booked it again this summer

Such a cute place! The pool was nice and the beach access was right across the street.

This condo was super clean and a great space for me and my two adult daughters. In fact, we could have easily fit a couple more people comfortably in this space. I am very particular and found all of the spaces to be very clean and tidy. The beds and living room furniture were all comfortable and we had plenty of linens/kitchen utensils. We didn't spend any time on the balcony, but it is a good size and has a nice view of the pool. We were truly a five minute walk to the beach, and since there isn't public parking at this access point, it was not nearly as crowded as the other public access beaches. We were able to rent an umbrella and chairs right at the bridge, which was very convenient, and the price was about $15/day less than had I booked with the companies that advertise online. We had to drive to dinners from this location, but we were still close to everything, so it was very convenient. We would happily book this condo for future beach trips!

We enjoyed a very relaxing long weekend. The beds were super comfortable and blackout shades, which allowed us to sleep in each morning. Typically early risers (6 am), we even slept in until 9 am one day! The public beach is an easy 5-8 minute walk from the door to the water. There was a company with chairs and umbrellas already set up, so we called the number and were able to rent them for our stay. The pool was nice but we didn't use it much. Liv Vacations was very responsive to our messages. We had no problems, just a few questions.

The place is very nice. The pool is a great place to keep the kids entertained after the beach.
It matches exactly the description, walking distance to the beach.

This was our fourth year staying at Beachwood Villas, and this condo was by far the best one yet! It was exceptionally clean, and the primary bed was like a dream—so comfortable and relaxing.

We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone, and we hope to return the next time we're in the area.

I can’t say enough about how great our stay was at Liv’s place. First off, she is very responsive. She is very quick to answer and that made check in and other questions we had extremely easy. The bedding was soooo comfortable and we slept like babies. It was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the very close walk to the beach. It would even be an easy walk if you have small kids. The condo is close to so many places to eat. We loved Angelina’s pizza for something quick but absolutely delicious. We will be renting this place again for sure! Thanks, Liv!!

The place was cute and in a perfect location right between seaside and Rosemary Beach! Seaside was about ~2mi walks (~40mins) and about a 10 min drive! The beach was super easy to access and I would say it was less than a 10 min walk which was super doable! The beds are very very soft. The only thing is we walked into some cob webs when we initially entered the condo, but that happens in Florida. The coffee machine stopped working on our trip and as soon as I told her they were attentive! Great location and responsive host! Would stay again!

We love staying on the 30A. This condo was a great space for us to use. It was super close to the beach, bike rental, and restaurants.

Our stay at Liv’s place was the perfect seaside getaway. We loved the location, & the apartment was decorated simply & beautifully. We rented bikes & explored the Square, food trucks, & all 30A had to offer.
The Beach was just across the street with easy access. We highly recommend this condo, you wont be disappointed and we will definitely be back!!!!
