Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes must be made in writing and submitted via email to info@liv-vacations.com. Guest is responsible for confirming Liv Vacations has received cancellation notice.
1. You may cancel with a refund of any deposits paid, less 3% merchant processing fee, on or before 60 days prior to arrival date.
2. Any cancellation made between 59-31 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of 50% of any deposits paid.
3. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival date will receive a refund of only the cleaning fee.
4. No changes can be made to a reservation within 48 hours of arrival date.
Liv Vacations recommends all guests to purchase travel insurance such as Generali Travel Protection at the time of booking. Guest understands that neglect of this recommendation does not warrant any exception to existing cancellation policies. Guest acknowledges they are aware travel insurance exists.
PANDEMIC CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you wish to cancel your reservation due to personal concerns over a pandemic, Liv Vacations has the following two options available for guests who want their deposits refunded:
1. Liv Vacations will refund any and all monies associated with your stay only if your reservation date occurs during a period of time expressly decreed by an executive order, ordinance, or law closing short-term rental properties from being occupied by guests.
2. Liv Vacations will not be obligated to refund your deposit if you personally decide to cancel your reservation without any interference from a governmental decree, ordinance, or law. However, Liv Vacations will review all requests for refunded deposits by its guest on a situation by situation basis.
TROPICAL WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event there is tropical weather, including but not limited to Tropical Disturbances, Tropical or Sub-Tropical Cyclones, Tropical Depressions, Tropical Storms, or Hurricanes present in the Atlantic, Caribbean Sea, or Gulf of Mexico at the time of your reservation and you wish to cancel ahead of an unverified storm trajectory, the Standard Cancellation Policy will apply with the following addenda:
1. Cancellations with refunds of unused nights are issued only in the event of a mandatory evacuation.
2. Since hurricane season is nationally recognized every year from June through November, it is a great idea to secure travel insurance when traveling to our area during that time.
3. No decisions will be made on our end unless a storm warranting a mandatory evacuation is imminent, as confirmed by our local government officials.
Guests are provided multiple courtesy reminders to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking. Liv Vacations will not be liable for Guest's decision to decline travel insurance, and existing cancellation policies will not be altered in the event the Guest waited too long to obtain travel insurance.
Deposit Policy
At the time of booking, 50% of the total price will be charged to the credit card provided. 35 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance will be charged. If the booking is created within 35 days of the arrival, the full total will be due and charged.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay. We especially loved the comfortable balcony furniture and the extra throw blankets. The unit was well staged to give a spacious feel. We will definitely keep this unit on our list for future visits to PCB.
So impressed with this condo! Everything was as described and (most importantly to me) clean and well maintained! The elevators are tricky to figure out at first but a little exploring fixed that. LOVED our time here!
Don’t look any further! This is THE place to stay in PCB and I promise, after looking at more than enough listings, you wont find anything more beautiful, spacious or with a better view than this gorgeous condo. We were blown away by how perfect this totally renovated condo was and the amenities of the building were a huge plus. Great proximity to Pier Park. Someone put a lot of thought and care into decorating everything beautifully so it felt like home. The primary suite with king bed was huge, just as pictured, with a beautiful view of the gulf and private access to the spacious balcony. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with a spacious bathroom. Hallway bunk beds as well. Washer and dryer were an added bonus and kitchen was large and spacious. We loved the multiple heated pools and hot tubs on site and how easy it was to take the fast elevators straight to the beach. Parking was easy-just take the Skybridge over and also a Sunsations beach shop and Starbucks on site.
We had the best experience. Our condo was absolutely beautiful, well maintained and stocked for us to have a wonderful vacation. It’s perfectly located with restaurants within walking distance. Our kids loved all the amenities! We even decided to extend our stay, which was so to do! We hope to revisit again in the future!
