The condo is exactly as advertised. Great location and amenities! We would definitely stay here again.

Liv is the best host. We felt right at home. The beach is within walking distance. My children, my husband and I enjoyed walking to the beach everyday. The apartment is in a safe area. Easy check in and check out. Will def recommend this place for family

This rental was absolutely amazing. Super clean and spacious. This is right across the street from Henderson State Park Beach and super close to everything including popular restaurants and even a Walmart!! The pool gets pretty crowded so go early. Didn’t have to wait super long for the elevator like you do at some resorts. And the communication is top tier!! My husband spoke to another person who was renting from a different host in our building and you could tell how much better the service was that we received vs their experience. Will definitely stay here again!!

The place was great! Looks exactly like the pictures! The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay! We were able to check in early which was so great!! Very appreciated! Liv responded quickly when I asked questions. Slightly disappointed that the front tv would not stay connected to WiFi as that's the TV our kids watched when we were in the room. There's no TV in the second bedroom so this was slightly inconvenient that the front TV was not working. That was literally the only issue. Would definitely recommend and would book again! This place is amazing!

Liv’s place was our first Air bnb experience and was definitely encouraging for future bookings. I have nothing negative to say about this place and service. I Loved it and hope to book here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Checkin was easy, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything we needed was provided, and the space made us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Thank you for being such a great host!

This was a really good location and Airbnb! Very clean and definitely would stay here again! The pool was an amazing place for the kiddos to play and relax. We were there for the World Series tournament and it was right across the street! 10/10 would recommend this to anybody.

Such a blast staying at Liv’s. Looking forward to come back.

I would definitely stay here again. Probably one of the best spring breaks we have had.

The only thing I would say is that the beach was super crowded. But not the host’s fault. It was a wonderful experience. And Henderson beach is right down the road.

Everything was amazing. The place felt like home and even my kids felt comfortable. We forgot a beach tent and chairs at home, but that wasn’t a problem because it was right there for us to use as an amenity. We are very appreciative of that. I would definitely recommend to anyone who ask.

Liv's place was as pictured , beautiful and clean . Public beach close. Hendersen beach close. Pools clean and open until late. Chairs and beach accessories provided. We would stay again.
